We undertook the remodeling of multiple F45 Training locations across Manhattan and Connecticut, each project averaging $500k. Our approach focused on enhancing these fitness facilities to reflect F45 Training’s dynamic and high-energy brand. From layout reconfigurations to installing state-of-the-art equipment, our goal was to create inviting, performance-driven environments that inspire members and support franchise growth.

In addition to our work in New York and Connecticut, City Code Construction has supported F45 with build-outs and remodels across various East Coast markets.
